I saw someone post about this on Twitter and just had to mention it: Walmart is now selling Kimchi! The twitter reviewer says of the stuff: “it’s nasty.” Nevertheless, this is an important moment in Kimchi history: if Walmart sells it, it is no longer just a trend in this part of the world, it’s an American institution. Way to go, Kimchi.
